Managed Services Compliance Standards

Managed Services Requirements

Compliance standards are as follows:

• All Windows Server or Desktop Corporate Operating System versions must be at a level classified as under Microsoft “Active Support”
• All MAC Operating System versions must be at a level currently supported by Apple (with security updates)
• BlackPoint approved email protection solution in place for all email accounts
• BlackPoint End-Point Security (AV) solutions in place on all Windows and Mac systems
• Next Generation Firewall at each site with current support and patching up to date
• MFA (or 2Factor) for RDS, VPN and for all 365 end-users and Administrators
• BlackPoint Managed Backup and Disaster Recovery solution in place for critical business systems
• BlackPoint 365 Backup in place (when Teams and OneDrive data are in use)
